My name is Jackie van der Kroft (1970), graduated in Anthropology and Sociology of Development at the University Leiden (RUL). I also obtained my coaching and trainer degree. For several years I work as a consultant, facilitating group processes and trainings and coach as well individuals as teams. Next to that I also conduct qualitative research and evaluations.

My personal interest in people, countries and cultures developed even more through my work in different countries as a humanitarian aid worker (in countries affected by conflict or natural disaster), trainer and travel/mountain guide. It has been inspiring and challenging to work for several organizations in various positions and different (cultural) contexts.

Jackie's enthusiasm is contagious and she provides a clear structure in which participants are involved in the project (Jan-Peter Stellema; Operational Manager, MSF-NL)
