When organisations want to become more inclusive and/or want to deal more effectively with (cultural) differences, I like to support a brainstorming process about which next steps are possible. I also give tailor-made advice to leaders and the management team on how to deal more constructively with existing conflicts and competing interests within the organisation and/or the team and which approach and (communication) skills are needed to achieve a sustainable solution.
