My name is Jackie van der Kroft and I am a senior trainer, facilitator, coach and consultant specialized in developing intercultural and personal leadership competences.

Before I started as a consultant, I worked for over 10 years for different humanitarian organizations in several management positions in various countries affected by conflict and / or (natural) disaster. Facilitating and supporting teams has been one of my main tasks and responsibilities.

I am based in the Netherlands, and work as well in my home country as internationally. I have a Master of Arts in Social Sciences from Leiden University.

Working with (diverse) teams, I especially enjoy, when I can support them in how to work more effectively together. In addition to this I like to train and coach people, face to face and online, to develop their intercultural and personal leadership competences. In doing so, I provide tools, which are linked to theoretical frames of reference, and which support learning and bringing theory into practice.

The interactive trainings I deliver are tailor-made, based on the specific needs and requirements of the participants. I value creating safe learning environment.
