During my trainings and (team) coaching sessions I often use different forms of dialogue methods. For example, if there are different perspectives, it is important to come to a common understanding, without necessarily reaching an agreement. At such moments it is essential to enter into a dialogue. This can provide more space for understanding and allow a team and/or organisation to move forward.

I also facilitate dialogue tables (about a certain theme, question or dilemma) and share my knowledge and experience about various dialogue methodologies in my training and coaching sessions.
