Teams and organisations are becoming more diverse. These changes also create new questions: how to ensure that everyone feels welcome and heard, and continues to participate actively. Concepts such as diversity and inclusion are often included in the mission and vision of the organisation. At the same time, it is often challenging to translate these into everyday practice.
During my training and/or advisory process the meaning of terms such as diversity and inclusion will be addressed. Also I like to reflect together what is necessary to create a more inclusive organisational culture.
