Where there are differences, conflicts may also arise. In my training and/or coaching sessions I discuss how conflicts arise and what is necessary to prevent and deal with this. Everyone has a personal or preference for dealing with conflicts. It is important to become aware of your own preferred style and to learn which style can be most effective in a particular context. In addition to providing theoretical knowledge about sources of conflicts and the different stages, it is important for the participants to be able to apply what they have learned by bringing it into practice and using their own examples. If required experienced actors may be used.
