For organisations and leaders it is important to know how to motivate, coach and influence teams. During the training and/or leadership development sessions leaders will become more aware of their motives, talents and challenges. They will identify the skills they like to develop further in order to be able to lead with pleasure and in the most effective way possible. Themes such as personal leadership, leadership styles and methodologies, conflict management and negotiation, coaching skills and team building can be included in the tailor-made training and/or leadership development sessions.
